OUR STORY

We started out as a home bible study in the city of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We met in an apartment living room beginning in late 2010 with the purpose of starting a church some day. Within two months the Lord challenged this small fledgling group to start meeting publicly at the Old Stone Methodist Church on Saturday nights in August 2010. We stepped out on faith and began paying rent and holding public services under the name The Gathering @ Rancho Cucamonga. Then by December 2010 we were given another opportunity to begin meeting on Sunday afternoons at the Episcopal Church on East St. The Lord was faithful in meeting the needs of this growing ministry. Easter 2011 was a milestone as the Lord brought in a group of people that soon became a congregation. The Lord touched and moved upon many hearts that day resulting in people dedicating their lives to following Jesus. In July of 2011 was yet another milestone; we had our first baptism at Corona Del Mar beach and baptized ? people that day. We say ?, because onlookers got saved that day and were baptized as well, it was an incredible day! Soon the Lord challenged us again to move and we stepped out on faith and began meeting on Sunday mornings for the first time at the Rancho Family Resoure Center on Arrow Hwy, where we contineud to grow and see people give their hearts to Jesus and change their lives.  The Lord challenged us yet again in 2012 to move to Fontana and change our name to The Gathering of the Inland Valley. We praise the Lord as He has shaped us into a loving family. We have great expectations for the future as we follow Jesus Christ upon this EPIC journey.
